Our CrossFit sessions are designed to give you the best workout possible in 60 minutes! Our coaches are highly skilled and will lead the session, teaching you every movement and looking for ways we can help you improve. The coaches attention to detail and drive to help you improve is where all the value is in a CrossFit class!
- All classes have training options for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced athletes. Train at your own pace!

Blast45
Our Blast45 sessions are 45 minute, coach led HIIT/cardio focused workouts.
These sessions are designed to keep things simple, with a cardio bias while still maintaining the CrossFit ethos of being Constantly Varied, with Functional Movement, at High Intensity!
- Great for Beginner and Intermediate level athletes, or anyone looking for a lighter, less technical workout.
- These sessions are a great way to get started, learning the fundamental movements used in all our training sessions.

ROXFIT
Ready to push your engine to the next level? Roxfit is our hybrid cardio-biased class that blends endurance training with functional fitness. You’ll hit the rower, bike, ski, and running track, paired with movements inspired by popular hybrid events — think lunges, wall balls, farmer’s carries, sleds, and more.
It’s fast-paced, sweat-inducing, and built to boost your aerobic capacity and mental grit. Whether you're training for a comp or just love a good challenge, Roxfit will leave you fitter, faster, and fired up. Come and test your limits!
